Shift : Australian Shift (2am/4am/7am)
Salary (CTC) : 26000 for Fresher / 28000 for 6 month Experience
Roles open : 80 Nos
Contract : 6 months ( Extension possible)
Note : 3-4 weeks training and candidate needs to be in Office at 7am Transport shuttles will be available from nearby Railway station (Andheri/Kanjunmarg).
- After training it would be Work From Home. Laptop will be delivered from FIS. Need local candidates. Any
Graduates but no diploma.
Roles and responsibilities :
1) Serves customers by providing product and service information and resolving product and service problems. Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions and suggesting information about other products and services.
2) Maintains customer records by updating account information.
3) Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution.
4) Prepares product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.
5) Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
