Job description : The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling a team of 20+ people with experience in outbound calling.
Responsibilities :
- Achieve monthly revenue targets.
- Maximize revenue generation through cross-selling and customer retention.
- Manage and develop sales skills of team members.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures and legal Responsibilities.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree.
- 3+ years' of experience working in Sales.
- Outbound calling experience is a must.
- Must have at least 2 years in a leadership position.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
