Customer Success @ Dream11
Being a gamer-centric company, this is a critical function for Dream11. The CS team is young, fun & highly communicative that works towards helping gamers enjoy playing on Dream11. If you are passionate about communicating with people, then this is the place to be!
Your Role :
- Active gamer communication via emails, live chats and calls
- Ensure min turnaround time for resolving gamer queries & backend operations
- Suggest process & product improvements based on gamers feedback
- Assist your Manager in reporting & analysis
MUST have :
- Proficiency in written and verbal English
- Good typing speed and multitasking skills
- Working knowledge of Excel
- Dedication to work & end to end query resolution
- Around 2 yrs of experience in multi-channel customer service
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts & going above and beyond required working hours during peak season
BONUS :
- Knowledge of one or more regional languages
- Knowledge/passion for Cricket and/or Football
