Dream Square Hospitality - Manager - Franchise Sales (0-5 yrs)
- You and your team have to build Our Restaurants,Cafe' franchise Handle PAN India.
- Coordinating with leads being generated through various marketing activities.
- Consulting the prospective investors to take the franchise.
- Work on generating inquiries, coordinate and follow up with leads till final closure.
- Designing and presenting different proposals, aligning meetings with prospective lead and providing them full support till sign the agreement
- To participate in event and exhibitions to generate leads and creating a platform to meet with prospect franchisee.
- Scheduling and meeting the investor from PAN India to explain the company's franchise model and to get them to register
- Explaining business model to every potential investor, giving them franchise-related Information, sending them the proposals, taking follow-ups and referrals for further leads.
- Identifying and sourcing prospective new franchisees, pipeline maintenance and adherence to sales processes
- Hand holding of a new created franchise for a specific period
- Present and promote Dream Square Hospitality Restaurants franchise opportunity to potential partners through presentations, meetings, and calls.
- Manage the entire sales process, including negotiation, documentation, and agreement signing.
- Continuously update and maintain accurate records using MS Excel and other reporting tools.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
- Attend industry events and conferences to network and generate leads.
- Negotiating contracts and closing deals with customers
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
- Concept sales, Services Sales and consulting sales.
