Dream Factory - Manager - Sales/Business Development (5-10 yrs)
We are looking for the candidates responsible for entire Pre-sales, sales, Post-Sales activities for Customised furniture, Wardrobes and Modular Kitchens for Architects and individual clients. Handling the overall designing, BOQ & finalization for Delhi NCR.
Pre-Sales & Sales :
- Meeting with Potential Architects and interior Designers to introduce them to our Company and its product offerings, inviting them to the factory giving complete information of products and design presentations for their future projects.
- Interacting with clients to understand their needs and desires interpreting these into their over all Design.
- Preparing all presentations and working drawings.
- Making estimates and working drawings.
- Effectively Presenting the design and closing the deals.
- Preparation of Concept Plans/Feasibility Report, Detailed Project Reports .
- To Compare the various alternative designs and chalk out the few most feasible ones.
Post Sales :
- Preparing ordering information and confirming it to overseas production facility.
- Coordinating with site supervisor to make sure for all pre installations checks and works.
- Visiting site during installation to make sure the work is as per client satisfaction.
- Managing Client relations Operations:
- Managing all MIS.
- Project Coordination and management.
- Providing Design Solutions identifying any site constraints and providing and implementing solutions for sites.
- To facilitate and participate in the process of generating alternative designs.
- To make sure all product standards and specifications have been adhered during the preparations of the Designs.
