Dr Shikha - Team Leader - Sales (6-11 yrs)
Roles & Responsibilities :
Below is the list of tasks/activities needed to be accomplished by the individual engaged in the mentioned role:
- Achieving individual and team sales targets through acquisition of new clients
- Lead and manage a team of 6+ executives
- Prepare plans & strategies for achieving monthly assigned business objectives proportionate to monetary targets.
- Managing the career growth and development aspect of the team members by driving focus on core values
- Maintain and improve overall Sales performance
- Handling performance of Multiple channels Inbound,Outbound, Email, Chat, Social Media & Whatsapp
- Successfully implement strategies decided by the management.
- Effectively partner with Sales manager and and other departments to build productive working environment
- Queue monitoring and allocation
- Familiarize the team with the Client needs and specifications
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Experience : 6-10 years of successful experience in outbound Sales with minimum 4 years in a team handling role
- Should have handled and led a team of at least 8 members.
- Should possess sound analytical ability
- Advanced knowledge of Excel, strong presentation skills, and the ability to motivate and inspire large groups of people are must
