The Head of Product Management will be responsible for overseeing the innovation and improvement of the business's product as well as the day-to-day product activities in such a way that ensures that the product is constantly growing to suit the consumers needs. He/she will further ensure that necessary steps are being taken to make any modifications that are being made in the product or strategy in order to bring out the best results in the business. His major responsibilities will be as under:

- 12+ Years of experience in Product Management

- Identify opportunities that lead to the growth of the product through innovation while still maintaining the fundamental business goals/priorities.

- Oversee the development and management of the product's roadmap based on the adopted strategies and vision.

- The position requires that the selected candidate works in close collaboration with the IT, design, marketing, sales, operations, services, quality and other functions.

- The position also requires that the occupier be adept at synthesizing various technologies and capabilities into the business' products in such a way that the customers will like.

- Study the market, define the market needs and develop product definitions and a road map.

- Understand the business needs, business capabilities and range of available options and provide robust justification for the proposed solutions,

- Manage the product life cycle from concept to phasing out including constant product improvements.

- Promoting/Selling products Online

- Support sales activities, events and exhibitions.

- Manage product schedule, cost and resource management, while ensure accurate requirements management.

- Define the project into a set of manageable tasks, obtain appropriate resources and build a team to perform the work
