Dr Reddy's Foundation - Assistant Manager - Communications (2-6 yrs)
Responsibilities Include :
1. Plan and execute social media activity across all the channels, including developing content strategy & calendars, and creating engaging posts to increase the social media presence
2. Design internal/external communication material (videos, photographs, posters, etc.) in accordance with brand identity
3. Manage external copywriters/illustrators/photographers/videographers/art-directors/media agencies
4. Write/Edit blogs and articles for internal and external publishing
5. Analyse and Report metrics
6. Plan and manage budgets.
Requirements :
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills
- An understanding of social media channels and campaigns
- Experience with Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Google Analytics
- Proficiency in WordPress will be an added advantage
- Experience with Photoshop/Illustrator or any other design software
- Critical thinking and writing skills
- Skill in photography/videography will be an added advantage
- Excellent inter-personal skills
