The Work and Responsibilities of the Candidate shall be :
- Managing incoming Calls and Customer inquiries for PCD Pharma Franchisee
- Generating Leads and converting them into potential customers
- Identifying and assessing customers needs and fulfilling them
- Build a Good and Healthy Relationship with the customers
- Handle Customer Complaints, provide appropriate solutions, follow up to ensure resolution and satisfy the customer
- PCD Pharma Franchise Lead Conversion.
Job Type : Regular/Permanent
Salary : 10000-25000 per month
