DQ Labs - Telecaller (0-5 yrs)
A Lead Management to Enrollment
1 Counselling students and parents and converting Leads to walk in's or Enrollments
2 Attending to inbound leads from all sources - Phone Calls, Just Dial, Urban Pro, Facebook, Google etc.
3 Generating quality leads for Student counsellors at various locations
4 Methodical follow up of all leads of student counsellors within a few hours of enquiry - on CRM
5 Report creation of calls made, responses and follow up measures
6 Ensuring appropriate courses being suggested along with up selling courses and relevant materials
7 Enrollment procedures as per DQ Labs requirements including Photograph, payments etc.
8 Onboarding procedure - Issuing receipts for enrolled students, ensuring books are given, online activation, Whatsapp group etc.
9 Ensuring the fees received in cash / cheque / EDC etc. is deposited on within 24 hours into the relevant bank accounts
10 Ensuring all enrollment details are updated at the end of the day
B Communication and Analysis
1 Single point of contact for students and parents
- Coordination & communication by email, SMS, Whatsapp, phone calls etc.
2 Analysis of enquiries, expectations from parents / students, feedback
3 Understanding what is lacking and suggesting improvement techniques
4 Competitor Analysis - Formal & Informal
C Follow up
1 Follow up with payments and ensure payments are completed on time from students
2 Maintaining a good relationship with students & Parents
Skills Required :
- Strong sales skills, Business oriented and meticulous
- Strong Communication (English + Kannada / Hindi / Tamil / Malyalam)
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Drive (Docs, Spreadsheet etc.)
- Good Online Research skills
- Enthusiastic and self motivated to handle things independently
