DQ Labs - Manager - Business Development (0-5 yrs)
A B2B Activations
1 Database development - Schools, Colleges, Career Counsellors, Architects, Interior Designers etc.
2 Identifying key personnel - Coordinators, Principals etc.
3 Making appointments for DQ Labs Management
4 Promoting DQ Labs Services / Products to target group
5 Ensure workshops / seminars etc. are fixed and executed professionally
6 Daily / Weekly reporting of the work done & targets achieved
B BTL Activities
1 Understanding academic cycles and planning for outdoor activities accordingly
2 Coordinating with creative, marketing and management to ensure that all activities are aligned
3 Coordinating with vendors for outdoor events - Exhibitions, Promotional Activities
4 Ensuring Lead capture forms, manpower and material at all events
5 Propose innovative methods for BTL activities
C Follow up & Feedback
1 Maintaining a good relationship with students & parents
2 Interacting with students and getting informal feedback from them
3 Competitor Analysis
D Skills Required:
- Strong Communication (English and at least one other language)
- Good logical thinking capacity
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Docs
- Good Offline Research skills
- Process oriented and meticulous in accounting
- Enthusiastic and self motivated to handle things independently
Proactive :
Strong sales skills

This job will require you to work on some weekends - especially when there are events
This job will have targets associated with the profile
