Job Description: CSR Fundraiser

Your mission, if you choose to accept, will be:

- Lead and manage strategic partnership with various organizations for fundraising campaigns and events

- Raising CSR funds

- Achieving monthly, quarterly and annual targets

- Manage the fundraising life-cycle from identification, qualification, cultivation, solicitation and stewardship across relevant donor groups

- Organize conferences/seminars/concerts/charity fundraising events etc.

- Work closely with the marketing and content team to make sure each campaign is a big success!

- Develop a pipeline of campaigns that have large scale impact and work with partners to execute

- Create proposals, presentations, and other materials for raising funds

- Support with donor outreach and solicitation activities including setting up meetings, preparing agenda for discussion, participating in meetings and responding to donor queries

Skills & Experience needed:

- Educational Qualification- Graduation and above

- 5+ years of experience in CSR Fundraising

- Proven track record of CSR partnership, strong CSR donor connect

- Strong communication skills

- Strong PowerPoint skills and proven ability to give presentations at large forums

- Excellent people skills, ability to connect with large audience
