We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic community manager who can lead operations on the floor smoothly.
Job Summary :
What we are looking for:
Along with the operations aspect, we are looking for someone who is a pusher and a doer. You will be required to lead your team to success and reach greater heights
- Community Managers are essential in handling the overall experience of our clients, handle operations and work on stellar sales performance at our Doxa centres.
- As a community manager your specialty will mainly be sales and customer satisfaction.
- You will be working alongside our community associate and senior associate in managing the functioning of the centre to ensure there is no table unturned.
- In this role along with sales your primary role will be operations. You will work on meeting deadlines and reaching targets to ensure there is a smooth flow in the business.
- You will be mentored directly by the exec team which will give you a one of a kind experience.
Responsibilities and Duties :
1. Center Head of Operations :
- Enforce a level of uncompromising cleanliness, including management of the team in making sure all services are functioning smoothly.
- Ensure all functions allotted are going in a timely manner.
- Follow up with the senior community associate and do floor-walks to ensure that all systems are in play and the office is kept in great standards
- Address any concerns brought up by clients to ensure satisfaction
- Oversee the daily ordering and receipt of product from vendors
- Organize the move-in and move-out schedules to minimize member issues
- Conduct periodic review and revision of base building documents
- Support the community associates in making strategic decisions regarding the operational and financial performance and process optimization of the location
- Train Community Associates and other Community Leads at your location to conduct walkthroughs and prepare reports for those occasions when you are not able to do so
- Make sure we reign in the profits!
- Head the touring of new members when required
- Head the research of prospective members in the tour pipeline and support follow-up and closing requirements when required
- Take risks and the responsibility to your hands in bringing in potential members by identifying them from different resources
- Support the referral of prospective or existing members to other locations when required
- Make sure we remain absolutely customer friendly
- Maintain a good rapport with clients and ensure that their needs are met and they remain satisfied. Ensure you communicate the limitations and your role very clearly to them.
- Handle Doxa's engagement programs to support well being in the workplace.
- Support the planning and supervision of professional and personal development events based on members' needs and requests
- Ensure a all clients are greeted well and are given a happy environment each day.
- Ensure that communications regarding renovations or any operational limitation is handled well if there is such a problem any day.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications :
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
- Fluent local language and understanding of local culture required
- Financial literacy and business operations
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Make sure deadlines can meet by multi tasking
- Be passionate and have a keen ability to understand what the clients do and need
