DOTMappers - Inbound/Outbound Sales Role (2-8 yrs)
Immediate Requirements for Inbound/Outbound Sales & Support Specialist at Dotmappers IT Pvt Ltd.,
Any Degree/PUC with minimum 2 years of experience is required (Preferably Female)
Role:
- Make outbound calls and generate leads, close the sale and generate revenue stream for both digital marketing services and course.
- Attend incoming calls from prospects/clients/ students with inquiries on digital marketing services and digital courses
- Outbound & Inbound Sales, Follow up of the prospects
- Assist various departments in facilitating sales of all products in the company portfolio
- Analyze customer issues and assist in resolving within the required time frame
- Coordinate with customers and ensure appropriate questioning to identify issues
- Manage all customer inquiries and summarize to present to management
- Administer and prioritize customer tasks and ensure achievement of all deadlines within the required timeframe
- Maintain accuracy of all data and verify the same for your higher ups.
Skills and Competencies:
- Proven Outbound/ Inbound Sales & customer service/support experience
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Excellent communication( English & Hindi ) and presentation skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
