Key Responsibilities :


Marketing :

1. Develops marketing strategy by studying economic indicators, identifying customers and their current and future needs, and monitoring the competition.

2. Creating marketing strategies to achieve organizational goals.

3. Market research on how to position the brand on social media that includes theme, analyzing competitors, other brands, pricing in the market etc.

4. Plans and executes all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.

5. Implementing marketing campaigns from ideation to execution

Designs, builds, and maintains our social media presence.

6. Contributes to marketing effectiveness by identifying short-term and long-range issues that must be addressed.

7. Measures and reports performance of all digital marketing campaigns and any advertising spend and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs) on various platforms including Facebook, Instagram, google etc.

8. Identifies trends and insights and optimizes spend and performance based on the insights.

9. Help creating contents of marketing and product listings and updating and managing contents on company's websites, e-commerce platforms

Brainstorms new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.

10. Plans, executes, and measures experiments and conversion tests.

Collaborates with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.

11. Utilizes strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.

12. Coordinate with teams in developing, designing marketing materials, posting them on websites and social media.

13. Coordinating marketing efforts with cross-functional teams like service and product development

14. Staying updated with the latest marketing trends.

Key Responsibilities :


Business Development :

1. Research and identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products and services - or new ways of reaching existing markets.

2. Seek out the appropriate contact in an organization, tie up with corporates and promotional activities with brand

3. Generate leads and cold call prospective customers

4. Meet with customers/clients face to face or over the phone and plan Brand tie up and promotional activities.

5. Foster and develop relationships with clients to promote the Brand

Understand the needs of your customers and be able to respond effectively with a plan of how to meet these

6. Think strategically - seeing the bigger picture and setting aims and objectives in order to develop and improve new business

7. Work strategically - carrying out necessary planning to implement operational changes if any.

8. Have a good understanding of the businesses' products or services and be able to advise others and promote to others.

9. Ensure staff are on board throughout the organization and understand the need for change and what is required of them to promote the Brand.

10. Train members of your team, arranging external training where appropriate

Discuss promotional strategy and activities with the marketing department and implement them.

WORK EXPERIENCE :

1 .Should have relevant experience in Brand, Service & Product growth.

- Should have worked on Brand Communication, positioning Social Media presence and growth

2. Should have relevant experience in New Service/Product Launch, New Brand Development, and New Range launch.

3. Should have Consumer Insights and relationship management
