Programmatic Ads Operations Executive


Responsibilities :


- Oversee campaign launches for private marketplace deals from start to finish, including setup, troubleshooting, delivery, and optimization

- Act as the subject matter expert for the client services and sales teams in terms of best practices and monetization capabilities

- Provide rate card guidance to client services team and implement yield management when setting up deals

- Work closely with product team to assess PMP product capabilities across formats

- Assist in all technical aspects of supply partner integration (both new and ongoing) by providing necessary technical guidance to the supply partner and internal integration team

- Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements including, but not limited to, workflow, enhanced reporting & revenue optimization

- Work closely with product marketing on new product rollouts and updating sales collateral

- Focus on supply optimization and management through inventory performance analysis, margin and inventory optimization, and maximizing supply partners- relationships for marketplace development

Requirements :

- Minimum Bachelor's Degree or its equivalent

- 2+ years of experience in online advertising or media technology

- 2+ years of programmatic trading experience at an agency trading desk (ATD), DSP, and/or brand

- Experience working in leading DSPs (including The Trade Desk and DV360)

- Familiarity with SSPs, ad exchanges, ad networks & aggregators, ad servers, DMPs, and/or other optimization platforms

- Excellent quantitative and analytical skills with the ability to draw conclusions based on data & fundamental knowledge of ad serving methodologies

- Familiarity with supply-side integrations, onboarding, and optimizing with mobile-specific supply partners

- Familiarity with media formats and digital/mobile technologies

- Handle multiple projects in a fast-paced and continuously evolving environment with the ability to learn and apply new concepts and tools quickly

- Advanced English is mandatory
