Donatekart - Manager - Digital Marketing & Communication (4-6 yrs)
Responsibilities:
- Strategize and lead our entire marketing efforts including SMM, SEO, email marketing, affiliate marketing, paid advertising, content, and PR.
- Build & Lead a team 2-3 marketing professionals including Content Writer and Graphics Designer.
- Develop and implement a Brand strategy that increases donor engagement and raises awareness about causes
- Handle all donor communications through email campaigns, monthly newsletters, blogs etc.,
- Should be able to run all paid ad campaigns on Facebook, Google, Twitter & Instagram. Also, Create online banner adverts and oversee pay per click (PPC) ad management.
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Curating and creating marketing contents for our campaigns and assisting them in running effective online fundraisers
- Working closely with the company's Sales team; enabling them to meet their commercial objectives by providing them with appropriate tools, materials, presentations, feedback, and leads.
- Manage the company's social media presence and deliver programs to improve social media reputation and recognition.
- Continuously monitor and analyze the donor trends & behavior using various analytic tools and propose appropriate solutions.
Skill Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing preferably in a startup with B2C product or a marketing agency.
- Hands-on experience in setting up and optimizing complex Google Adwords & Facebook campaigns is a must.
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics or similar tools)
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to spot original branding opportunities.
-Highly creative in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
-Ability to market, organize and participate to conferences and/or webinars.
- Must be creative and full of ideas.
- Certifications in google, facebook ads will be an addon
