Job Title: Business Development Manager
Location: Mumbai/Hyderabad/Pune/Udaipur/Kerala
Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Development:
- Collaborate with Architects, Interior designers & dealers to drive brand awareness & generate business
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet and exceed targets.
- Generate leads, conduct market research, and analyze client requirements.
2. Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, contractors, and clients.
- Ensure seamless communication, understand client needs, and provide tailored solutions.
- Follow up on client feedback and ensure high satisfaction levels.
3. Sales & Revenue Management:
- Achieve sales targets, margins, and revenue goals within the specified timelines.
- Manage sales pipeline and forecasts for accurate revenue projections.
4. Market Analysis & Strategy:
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and new product innovations.
- Develop strategies to position the company's products/services as the preferred choice in the market.
5. Collaboration & Reporting:
- Work closely with internal teams (design, operations, and marketing) to ensure timely project execution and delivery.
- Provide regular reports on business development activities, sales performance, and market insights.
