- Open to travel across locations in Maharashtra and other states, phase-wise.
- Formulating strategies with the management to achieve business targets.
- Able to drive Product wise Business Manager's team towards the set target.
- Meeting the potential POSP /channel partner personally and getting them into the business tie-up.
- Understanding the business requirement & Leading the teams to achieve targets for decided product segments.
- Ensure conversions of leads by the Business managers & their team.
- Guide the team for sales and operations as per compliance related requirements.
- Timely product wise business reviews to be done.
- To maintain proper database, preparing & sharing MIS reports to the management on regular basis.
- To communicate and coordinate with all relevant insurance companies.
