DogSpot - Sales Consultant (1-2 yrs)
Our business is looking for a talented and qualified Sales Executive to join our team. In this position, you will be responsible for calling and interacting with customers encouraging them to try and subscribe DogSpot food products.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Call our select set of customers and gather information about their pets.
- Asking probing questions regarding their food habits and general diet.
- Advise them on our range of food products.
- Explain benefits of our range of food products.
- Offer them a trial for a subsidised rates
- Maintain calling records. Number of calls, connects, folow-ups, sales, etc., either on a CRM or on Excel.
- Generate weekly and monthly reports.
- Work closely with the logistics team in case there are any delays and inform the customers proactively.
- Handling customer queries.
REQUIREMENTS :
- High school pass or undergraduate or any graduate degree.
- Communication skills are extremely important.
- You are proficient at working with Microsoft Office tools.
- Knowledge of any CRM like Zendesk, Zoho, etc will be an added advantage.
- You are diligent and have a high level of integrity.
- You can work well in fast paced environments.
