DocumentAI - Sales Development Role (1-9 yrs)
Role Description
- We are looking for a full-time Sales Development Representative to join our remote team. As an SDR, you will support and drive the sales team's growth by generating leads, executing outbound prospecting campaigns, and qualifying inbound leads.
- Additionally, you will collaborate with our account executives, marketing, and customer success teams to create and execute strategies that increase pipeline and revenue.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in sales or a similar field
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
- Demonstrable success in generating new leads through outbound campaigns and converting inbound leads into qualified opportunities
- Ability to work well independently and demonstrate initiative
- Strong problem-solving and time management skills
- Experience with CRM systems and other sales tools such as ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and SalesLoft is a plus
- A self-starter who is adaptable to change and maintains a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally to achieve team and company goals
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field is a plus
