- Calling, customer service, voice support
- Responsible for handling Domestic Clients
- Responsible for dealing with Clients Queries.
- Salary: As per industry standards
DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE:
- 12th Pass, with prior experience in customer service industry
- 0-2 years of experience in Customer Support Voice Process (Call Center)
- Ability to communicate effectively in both English and Hindi
- Good ability to deal with ambiguity and manage change
