Docsy - Executive - Telesales (0-2 yrs)
We are looking to hire an experienced, customer-oriented telesales executive to utilise inbound and outbound telephone calls to achieve sales targets.
Telesales Executive Responsibilities:
- Conduct inbound and outbound calls to existing and potential customers to promote company products.
- Utilize scripts and product knowledge to effectively communicate the benefits of the offerings and address any inquiries or objections from customers.
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the company's products or services, including features, pricing, and competitive advantages.
- Manage customer accounts to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- Record and maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including details of sales, inquiries, and feedback, in the CRM system.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives set by the sales manager.
- Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices, strategies, and insights for improving sales performance.
Telesales Executive Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Bachelor's or associate's degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or related field preferred.
- Certified Sales Professional (CSP) accreditation is advantageous.
- Proven experience in telesales.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Strong negotiation and sales skills.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication and customer service skills.
Working Days : Monday - Saturday (Even Saturdays will be off)
Shift Timings : 10 am - 7 pm
Location : Remote
