Doconline - Relationship Manager - Sales (2-5 yrs)
- Own the DocOnline sales target of mapped branches / regions of distribution partner (NBFC / Bank)
- Conduct regular ground level engagement & training sessions with Sales team of distribution partner
- Keep track of and drive sales initiatives, contests, new product launches etc.
- Create visibility, top of mind recall for DocOnline among distribution partners to drive sales.
- Act as one point contact for the branches / region, taking ownership of any process/product/service issues
- This is a field sales role, without any work from home and frequent travel to distribution partners' branches (local / domestic) is a must.
Experience:
- 2 to 5 years of experience as a relationship officer working in Bancassurance channel of any insurance company.
- Effective communicator
- Ability to motivate distribution partner's sales teams
- Ability to build relationships based on trust & respect with distribution partner's branch and regional office managers / sales leaders.
- Proven track record of driving sales.
