Job Description:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Business Development Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a key role in facilitating designing, developing, and managing high-impact sales and marketing materials that drive business growth. You'll work closely with our business development, marketing, and design teams to produce visually compelling and persuasive content that aligns with our brand and effectively communicates our value propositions.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation : Help Develop and maintain a suite of high-quality business development collaterals, including pitch decks, brochures, case studies, whitepapers, fact sheets, and infographics.

Sales Enablement : Collaborate with the business development and sales teams to understand content needs and create resources that support their objectives.

Brand Alignment: Ensure all materials align with brand guidelines, maintaining a consistent tone, style, and visual identity across all business collateral.

Market Research : Conduct research on industry trends, competitor materials, and client needs to ensure our collateral remains relevant and impactful.

Project Management : Manage multiple projects and timelines, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of materials.

Continuous Improvement : Gather feedback from stakeholders and make data-driven improvements to existing materials for greater effectiveness.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Design, or a related field.

- Proven experience (2+ years) in creating and managing business development or sales collaterals, ideally in B2B or a related field.

- Strong written and visual communication skills with an eye for design and detail.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects at once.

- Creative mindset with a strong understanding of B2B marketing and sales.
