Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Asst. Manager / Manager for Healthcare Provider/Network Development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for expanding and managing our network of healthcare service providers including diagnostic chains, hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies. The role involves building strategic partnerships, negotiating contracts, and ensuring high-quality service delivery to DocOnline customers.

Responsibilities :

- Build partnerships with diagnostic chains, hospitals, and clinics to offer cashless OPD, diagnostics, dental treatment, vaccinations, and other healthcare services to DocOnline customers.

- Negotiate Contracts and agreements with providers to ensure favorable terms, cost effectiveness and compliance regularity requirement.

- Identify and onboard relevant vendors aligned with our business model and service requirements.

- Manage the end-end provider relationship with cost negotiation, agreement finalization, process development, and service activation.

- Continuously access market trends and competitive landscapes to identify opportunities for expanding and enhancing the provider network.

- Analyze partner-related customer escalations, identify root causes, and implement solutions to improve customer satisfaction.

- Ensure high-quality service delivery from vendors to enhance patient/client experience in all transactions.

- Generate monthly MIS reports to monitor network penetration, DocOnline customer demographics, usage patterns, and recommend strategies to improve usage.

Qualification & Skills

Education: Graduate / Post-graduate

1. Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in healthcare provider network development, partnership management, or related roles with Healthtech aggregator / Diagnostic provider / TPA / Wellness companies

2. Proven track record of successful negotiation and contract management in the healthcare industry.

3. Strong understanding of the corporate health checkup and pre-policy medical checkup landscape.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
