DocOn - Manager - Sales (0-3 yrs)
Even the best technology product out there needs to be sold and we will be counting on you to get the best doctors on board.
As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible to meet doctors in the fastest possible way.
Our development cycle works on feedback from Doctors & you will play an integral part of this loop.
We understand selling to doctors is tough and requires a lot of patience but we will work together to get this done!
Responsibilities :
- Meet prospective doctors, demonstrate the product features & benefits.
- Observe physician practice workflows and share inputs with product team to build more features.
- Manage outbound & inbound sales.
- Ask doctors for referrals & get into doctor network.
- Attend conferences, CME's to present the app to doctors.
- Work on building a sales process to on-board & retain a doctor.
Requirements :
- Tech savvy, highly motivated, self-starter, and a great problem solver.
- Good verbal and communication skills to engage with doctors.
- Love to meet people and has excellent presentation skills.
- Should be honest, trustworthy and assertive.
- Excellent time-management skills.
- Humble & Good Listener.
