Business Development Manager

Location: Bangalore/ Multiple Locations( Mumbai, Ahmedabad)

Our Business Development Managers are the tip of the spear and front line executors.

They showcase our product to doctors and help grow our user base and leverage doctor sign-ups to use our software, train them on all the features, resolve queries and customization requests to boost the confidence of the user, and create a strong bond with the doctors to generate referrals, growing our user base.

The task at hand :

- Build a robust pipeline of leads (doctors) via various sources

- Use your expertise of the product and sales ability to showcase to doctors how DocOn can transform their practice

- Convince the doctors to use our product

- Visit doctors, train and handhold them until they are comfortable using the product

- Give a detailed demo of all the features

- Setup the infrastructure for the doctor (Hardware + Software)

- Train the doctors to use our product and provide them support whenever needed.

- Generate good-will with the doctor and get more referrals

- Involves 75% travelling (on ground sales)

What we are building :

DocOn Technologies is based out of Bengaluru. We develop IT products in the healthcare sector that enable doctors to write e-prescriptions and maintain comprehensive digital records for their patients. No more relying on pen and paper!

Using a type-free interface & algorithms that keep learning from the doctor, we make software super easy to use in a 5 minute consultation.

We also provide a comprehensive CRM, billing and analytics platform for doctors which enables them to increase revenue and improve the patient experience.

1500+ doctors have stored the medical records of over 2.5M patients on our platform. That makes us the second largest EMR platform in the country. Over 500K e-prescriptions are created on our platform every month.

Who we are :

We are a motley crew driven by the same goal - to help doctors deliver a 10x better patient experience. We are a strong team of ~150 professionals from diverse educational and professional backgrounds, and are planning to take the team size to >200 in a span of 6 months. We are currently operational in 15 cities and plan to expand into 6 more cities by year end. Driven by these goals, the team will surely go through a fast-paced execution and learning cycles.
