Docni - Intern - Business Development (0-2 yrs)
Internship period: 6 months
Application is expected from candidates with 0-2 yrs of experience. In course of Internship, we expect the candidate to develop and grow into a mature sales leader.
1. Candidates are expected to generate leads and do closures
2. Should be able to manage a business of 4 lakhs in the training tenure.
B) Post Internship: The candidate with number to prove will be absorb into our BDL program.
Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Owning the complete sales cycle and the ability to close will be the key. Identify new business opportunities, engage in the entire sales process - lead generation, contact management, cold calling, meet the customer regularly, preparing proposals and contracts
2. Giving presentations and communicating our sales pitch to key person of the hospital / clinic/doctor/pharmacy owner, enhancing awareness about the company's product.
3. Should be able to managing new as well as existing clients
4. Execute company's sales plans and strategy. Achieving targeted sales revenue.
5. Should be self motivated & goal-oriented.
6. Excellent verbal, written & interpersonal communication skills.
7. Ability to organize and prioritize work independently, with minimal supervision quotas.
8. Can do attitude with capability to achieving monthly numbers.
9. Two-wheeler, laptop and smart phone must.
Education Qualification: Should be graduates from Tier 1 college, BBA, Engineering or IITs
Job Type: Full-time
