Role Description :
- This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Care Executive at our Gurugram office. The Customer Care Executive will be responsible for providing excellent customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and delivering exceptional customer service.
- The candidate will also be required to communicate with customers effectively, resolve customer inquiries, and upsell our healthcare products and services.
Qualifications :
- Customer support, customer satisfaction, and customer service skills service industry skills are added bonus
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to upsell products and services to customers
- Previous sales experience is a plus
- Good problem-solving skills and ability to handle challenging situations
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline, preferably in healthcare or business
- Fluent in English and Hindi, additional languages are a plus
- Experience in healthcare or related industries is a plus
