Analyze Offer Reports - Identify tracking issue, Take corrective action on advertiser escalations,
Offer/Affiliate Report Analysis - Offer Tracking Issue, Unusual High/Low CR
Conversion Report Analysis
Advertiser Feedback
Up Sell & Cross Sell
Billing & Payment Collection
On-time invoicing - Process for billing closure, Get validation report from Advertiser
Payment Collection
Internal Communication & Reporting
Requirements :
- Hands on experience in Client Servicing in online industry.
- Excellent communication & presentation skills.
- Must be dedicated to the success of the affiliate network.
- Must be willing to work round the clock.
- Knowledge of Affiliate Marketing is a must.
- Experience: 1 year - 3 years
