Job Description :
- Acquire new advertisers / agencies
- Scale business with existing ones
- Convert walk-in queries
- Maintain company sales pipeline & monthly sales forecast
- Stay updated with industry best practices & competitor analysis
- Managing Revenue Target for Domestic market, acquire new advertisers and maintaining existing one
- Make sure all documentation like IO is properly in place and there is no miscommunication, all creatives should be in place, also, study daily campaign report
- Follow up daily/weekly for quality feedback, follow up for payments, renewal of Contracts
- Team management and team building.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with all advertisers personally at least once a month
- Managing business development activities entailing mapping of new market segments.
- Identify, analyses, pursue and report on business opportunities with existing and prospective clients
Requirements :
- Sales Experience in ad/affiliate network will be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication & presentation skills.
- Must be dedicated to the success of the affiliate network.
- Must be willing to work round the clock.
- Knowledge of Affiliate Marketing is a must.
Experience : 1 - 3 years
