DNX CARGO - Manager - Business Development (4-8 yrs)
Job Descriptions:
1. As Business Development Manager for a Rest of Maharashtra cluster would be to profitably grow the company in all lines of business (full truck, Express part truck load, cold chain, marketplace and new business lines as they get added).
2. To identify key revenue generating opportunities for products and services.
3. Regularly meeting customers and send the sales call report to higher authorities.
4. Through Interface and discussion capture customer requirements and present the relevant solution at customer visits, presentations and other follow up meetings.
5. Prospect for potential new clients and turn into increased business.
6. Work on RFI/RFQ/RFP written responses.
7. Ensure to achieve Strategic Business Unit targets related to marketing and sales.
8. To maintain database of customers and undertake cold calling to induce growth.
9. Identify potential clients, Research and build relationships with new clients.
10. Set up meetings between client decision makers and company practice leaders/Principals.
11. Plan approach and pitches & Work with team to develop proposals that speaks to the client's needs, concerns, and objectives.
12. Participate in pricing the solution and negotiate appropriately and Map the details of all existing and potential customer with the area of operation.
13. Conduct market study, analyze market development & mapping of market size and provide analysis to the management.
14. Develop market strategy in line with the business requirements and ensure implementation of the same & Coordinate with Operation and customer service team for delivering the seamless service wherever/whenever required.
15. Compliance on all MIS reports and statutory requirements.
