DMI Finance - Content Writer (3-5 yrs)
1. JOB PURPOSE :
A content writer/copyeditor will work with various teams to create engaging and impactful content for business/customer communication and internal communications. As the business grows, communicating with the customers has also become increasingly necessary in different modes.
2. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES :
Research, write and edit copy for marketing communication including but not limited to :
- Write engaging, persuasive, and concise copies for social media.
- Writing marketing content in the form of E-mails, SMS, WhatsApp, Push notifications, and other formats.
- Track and analyze content success metrics to understand the impact on business and optimize the content strategy based on data insights.
- Write blogs, create SEO based content for the website, and draft leadership articles.
- Coordinate, create, and publish content for Newsletter.
- Assist in proofreading investor reports, annual reports, economic research reports, etc.
- Assist with Brand related assignments and any other related tasks as assigned from time to time.
- Proofreading content for errors and inconsistencies.
3. SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE :
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Tech-savvy with the ability to make complex technical matters easy to understand even for non-technical people
- Have good interpersonal skills & should work well in a team
- Be able to work under pressure
- Have an eye for detail
- An understanding of what works on the Internet & social media
- An effective writing style that is fresh, consistent, and customer friendly
- A knack for editing and proofreading with good research skills
4. EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS :
a) Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in English, communications, linguistics, or related field (Master's degree, a plus)
b) Work Experience : Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in Fin-tech companies or BFSI/NBFC or agency background
