Job description
- We are looking for a Business Development Executive (BDE) with a minimum of 2 years to 5 years of experience in IT (Information Technology) industry to establish and maintain long-term relationships with domestic as well as international clients. Bidding on Freelancer / Upwork / Fiverr, Proposal Making, Negotiation, Client Communication, Project Management.
Responsibilities and Duties :
- Candidate should have prior Sales / BDE / BDM experience in the Software Development Company (Mobile & Web).
- Generating business through Online Bidding from various freelancing portals like Upwork, GURU, Freelancer, Fiverr, PPH, etc.
- Generating new business through Professional Networking sites like LinkedIn, Angel List, Meetup etc.
- Generating leads from international markets like UAE, USA, UK, Europe, and Australia using Mass Emailing and Cold Calling.
- Generate leads from the domestic markets.
- Arranging business development meetings with prospective clients.
- Self-motivated to meet sales targets regularly.
- Generate sales reports and statistics.
- Must be able to generate Leads through the bidding portal
- Must be able to handle the client from Inquiry to closure
- Must have Technical understanding of the services we are selling
- Should be a target oriented Person
- Should have knowledge on writing the technical cover letters
- Should have excellent verbal and written communication skills
Skills & Requirements :
- Proper knowledge of proposal writing.
- The candidate having an experience with client communication, Follow ups and Negotiation will be a plus.
- Should have IT Background experience.
- Market Research and Analysis
- Lead Generation and Prospecting.
- Client Relationship Management.
Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure profitable deals. Ensure that terms and conditions are met.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and technical teams to develop and implement business development strategies.
Reporting: Prepare regular reports on business development activities, client interactions, and progress towards targets.
