Job Summary :

- As - Vice President - Digital Marketing- you will be expected to execute all Digital Marketing and Digital Sales efforts within the organization, including prospect identification, lead generation, and handling the digital sales and marketing cycle in close collaboration with Dhyeya Aspire business unit leadership and product groups.
- You will be expected to meet digital sales goals established by Executive Leadership. You will create and own the digital plan/pipeline, compile execution, and account to track progress on all pursuits.
- The role will be expected to execute, drive, strategize and manage all marketing campaigns to promote all our products and services. This challenging job will encompass creative, analytical, digital, and coordinative responsibilities.
- This is a senior leadership and highly strategic role. You will be responsible for driving the overall marketing strategy including positioning, messaging, product marketing, demand generation, analyst relationships, and customer/partner marketing.
- You will be accountable for achieving company objectives with regard to revenue, customer acquisition, budget management, and profitability. It requires cross-functional collaboration with multiple internal and external business stakeholders including agencies to drive incremental sales, customer engagement, and loyalty.
- This role requires a strong balance of creative thinking & strategic thinking, project management ability, communication skills, analytical thinking, brand expansion, and creative problem solving with the ability to influence and introduce innovative and impacting marketing programs.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities :
- Understand the company's products, its target audience, and market (age group, behaviors, countries, etc), conduct market research, collaborate with product teams and accordingly create effective marketing and sales strategies, recommend appropriate channels & campaigns, and execute for brand awareness and lead generation.
- Drive & Execute the complete digital strategy (organic & inorganic) and identify add-ons to accelerate revenue growth.
- Effective onboarding of strategies for SEO, SMO, SEM, PR/AR, Content Marketing, Performance Marketing, Customer Acquisition, Competitor Research, Affiliate Marketing, Marketing Automation, etc.
- R&D to discover the differentiators, derive a new idea, and execute.
- Arrive at targets and ROI-driven marketing plans for sales.
- Effectively use tech-enabled interfaces such as Google Analytics, Google Console, Keyword Planners (SEMRUSH/Others), 3rd Party APIs, etc to optimize the campaigns and improve the PPC / CPA, and all other organic & inorganic KPIs.
- Optimize the overall spending and performance to beat the set KPIs.
- Regular reports to the management for an eagle view of the performing agents.
Desired Candidate Profile :
- 8-10 years of work experience in digital marketing. Experience in Technology-based organizations will be an added advantage.
- A great leader who can make a big impact and lead the growth of our business.
- Experience in building & scaling early-stage companies.
- Experience establishing and expanding the company's vision to out-execute competitors on thought leadership, analyst/press relations, and content/messaging.
- Experience in working with internal stakeholders and external vendors/agencies.
- In-Depth hands-on of the complete digital marketing life cycle.
- Must have a strong grasp of numbers and be comfortable with quantitative analyses and simple statistics.
- Excellent Communication and Presentation Skills.
- Strong organizational and negotiation skills.
- Broad understanding of digital tools and technology.
- Understanding of branding concepts in B2B, B2C, B2B2C & B2G space.
- Must be Graduate/ Post Graduate/MBA- Marketing & Sales
