DIYGIT - Brand Manager (3-12 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement the branding strategy to ensure it resonates with target demographics.
- Work closely with the product team and ensure that new product launches are successful
- Oversee the eCommerce strategy, optimizing online sales and customer engagement.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to develop cohesive marketing campaigns.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, and customer needs, and monitor competitor activities.
- Manage budgets and allocate resources for branding and promotional activities.
- Lead cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches and marketing campaigns.
- Measure and report performance of all branding and marketing campaigns, and assess ROI and KPIs.
Qualifications :
- MBA in Marketing.
- Proven experience as a Brand Manager or similar role in the consumer goods or lifestyle brand sector.
- Strong understanding of design principles and aesthetics tailored to the consumer goods/durables market.
- Excellent grasp of digital marketing tools and strategies including SEO, PPC, social media, and eCommerce platforms.
- Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.
- Highly organized and proficient in project management.
