Divisional Manager - Auto Loan (10-15 yrs)
- Product profitability - Income growth, Margin protection and quality maintenance
- Business Growth : To increase business Volume, MS% & Disbursement Value at each designated dealerships in the division.
- Seamless management of Smart branch and carrying out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the Business policies.
- Synergy : To enhance synergy between the dealer and the Mahindra Finance Auto Sector.
- Portfolio Management : To ensure the quality of the portfolio managed
- Productivity measurement : To ensure every employee achieves minimum productivity every month.
- Divisional policy : To ensure the implementation of the divisional policy for smooth operations.
- Policy and Process Implementation
- To ensure the month on month Volume, Market share and disbursement value growth.
- Monthly dealer wise, product wise Tgt. vs achievement analysis.
- Supervising complete Smart branch & non-smart branch operations.
- To ensure smooth operation at Smart branches
- Strengthening and building relationship with dealer sales team.
- Maintaining existing levels of market share in traditional products and increasing market share other/new products.
- TA management for the dealers by increasing retail conversion and to ensure no TA ageing.
- Dealer Stock verification against MMFSL TA outstanding
- To design & implement the Divisional policy for better uniformity and clarity for smooth operations.
- Portfolio control through daily review. CD to CD collection to maintain at 95% min. To ensure Nil NPA in 1st 11 months business.
- Improvement of service standard and TAT
- Enquiry Management &Loss sale analysis.
- To train employees on present available finance schemes and to suggest any new schemes as per the geography, product, customer profile and competition.
- Ensure Employee productivity and motivation
- Communicate continuously with the employees about the various new initiatives, processes and schemes.
