Business Development
- Ensure market study and opportunity identification for Saksham/ Esco products
- Achieve new customer acquisition targets
- Mining existing customers
- Ensure new channel partner acquisition
- Ensure All Products Spectrum - Promotion and Sales
Market Development
- Ensure marketing collaterals are built
- Conducting product/principal seminars
- Participating in industry seminars/ events
Tendering
- Keep track of latest tenders issued
- Attend tender meetings
- Analysis tender data
Revenue
- Analyze customer segment and product group wise revenues
- Analyze principal wise revenues
Margins
- Customer segment and product group wise margins
- Team management
- Managing Sales team to achieve targets
