Key Responsibilities:
Dealer Management:
- Recruit, train, and develop a network of dealers to effectively promote and sell our powder coating services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, providing support to help them achieve sales targets.
Sales Strategy:
- Develop and implement regional sales strategies to maximize market penetration and drive revenue growth.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify opportunities for business development.
Customer Relationship Management:
