Job Summary:
- As a Travel Sales Associate - Voice Process at Divine Tours, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer calls to assist them with travel-related inquiries and booking services.

Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Interaction: Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with travel-related inquiries and provide guidance on travel services.
- Sales & Booking: Sell holiday packages, flight tickets, hotel bookings, and other travel services based on customer needs and preferences.
- Reservations: Process and confirm bookings for flights, hotels, packages, and other travel services in a timely manner.
- Product Knowledge: Learn and stay updated with various destinations, flight options, holiday packages, and special offers to provide customers with accurate and relevant information.
- Customer Queries: Address customer questions regarding booking details, pricing, and policies while ensuring excellent customer service.
- Documentation & Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, bookings, and inquiries in the company's CRM system.
- Performance Targets: Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs set by the management team.
- Customer Satisfaction: Ensure that customers receive exceptional service by resolving issues, managing expectations, and providing post-booking support when required.
- Collaboration: Work with the operations team and other departments to ensure smooth processing of bookings and seamless customer experience.
Qualifications & Skills:
Educational Qualification:
- Minimum of Graduation (Freshers are encouraged to apply).
- A degree in Travel & Tourism or related field is a plus but not mandatory.
Skills Required:
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Basic knowledge of travel booking systems is an advantage, though training will be provided.
- Customer-centric attitude with the ability to handle customer queries and complaints in a professional manner.
- Ability to meet sales targets and work effectively in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
- Proficient in basic computer skills (MS Office, email, etc.).
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
