District Business Manager - Sales (5-10 yrs)
- Effectively handle fieldwork in the entire district to identify new market opportunities.
- To achieve assigned region business objective/Target (sales, collection, and growth)
- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
- Coordinate with Technical Services for good customer services.
- Arrange farmer education seminars, meetings in the area.
- Scrutinize and appoint competent business associates
- To monitor the Sales and Inventory of every H.Q. on monthly basis.
- To observe effectively the Customers Coverage by the Sales Team every month.
- To observe the strategy implementation by the field force.
- Sales forecasting
- Proper identification of sales prospects and redistribution.
- Review of Sales Team member's activities & business.
- Develop healthily business relations with business partners. The hiring of Veterinary Officers in coordination with Sales leadership / Corporate HR.
- Evaluation of customer/ farmer education program for further improvement.
- Inventory management at retail chain outlets.
