Position :Distributor/Retail Sales Executive
Salary : 22 K Per Month
- Lead generation using cold calling and on line research
- Drive the attainment of company sales goals and profitability with distributor sales partners.
- Implement programs with distributors to maximize effectiveness of the allocation of resources
- Negotiate and execute contracts to establish new partners.
- Identify existing accounts that would have a greater contribution to Polco sales if given the resources of an outside account manager.
- Partner with product management to identify, establish and roll out revenue generating marketing campaigns to distributors.
- Respond and resolve distributor questions and concerns in a timely manner
- Manage revenue results and progress to forecast. Forecast revenue to sales management.
- Pan-India Travelling is Must.
Corporate Marketing and Tie up ( Workshop covers / Car Covers / Bike Covers / Paint Suits / Sunblinds - Front and Side)
- HPCL

- Battery Companies ( Amaraja / Tata / Exide etc)
- Bridgestone
- Tyre companies. ( Apollo / Ceat etc)
- Insurance Companies.
- Paint Companies.
- Lubricant Companies ( Shell / Elf / Castrol / Gulf)
- Building Restoration companies
Retail Marketing
- Car Dealers across India ( 100 sale points across India. 29 states x 3 per state)
- Bike dealer across India ( 10000 dealers across India. To have 10 per states - 290 dealers sales point / distributor)
- All other products ( Cycle / Tractor / Pet / Autorickshaw etc same as above).
- Housing complex across India to put leaflets.
Qualifications:
1. Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communication, business, sciences or an equivalent combination of education and related business experience.
- 3 to 5 years of inside sales, marketing or business management experience.
- Experience with sales distributor management.
2. Leadership Skills:
- Relationship management, strategy development, project management, problem solving and change management skills.
- Professional and positive approach, self-motivated, strong in building relationships, team player, dynamic, creative with the ability to work on own initiative.
- Demonstrated strong oral and written communication skills.
- Business related computer skills including Outlook, CRM, PowerPoint, Excel and Word
