Distribution Head - Sales - Pharma (3-6 yrs)
Your responsibilities will be:
1. Scheduling demonstrations at various hospitals and biomedical/pharmaceutical companies to showcase the company's products.
2. Scheduling demonstrations at various biomedical/pharmaceutical distributors to showcase the company's products.
3. Creating the channel ecosystem for the different products of the company, starting with major distributors of biomedical/pharmaceutical equipment in and around the Mumbai metropolitan area.
4. Conduct periodic training for healthcare professionals, hospital technicians and sales representatives of the channel ecosystem on the company's products.
5. Working closely with our engineers to incorporate product features according to current and future market trends and contribute to product improvements
6. Attending medical conferences, trade shows, and industry events to expand product knowledge and initiate networking with potential clients.
7. Hiring and training junior sales representatives under you, starting with the Mumbai metropolitan area.
8. Setting up the CRM and customer support software suite for documenting and maintaining detailed records of customer interactions, sales activities, and market intelligence, and conducting periodic training of the same for our junior sales representatives.
Your background is:
1. Based out of Mumbai.
2. 8+ years of successful prior B2B sales experience in biomedical/pharmaceutical devices or the healthcare industry.
3. Extensive channel experience and connections.
4. Strong understanding of hospital procedures, medical terminology, and healthcare industry dynamics.
5. Valid driver's license and ability to travel extensively within assigned territory (70%+ travel).
6. Excellent presentation and communication skills, and ability to speak Marathi, Hindi and English.
7. Experience with CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite
