Sales Officer For A reputed Detergent Company
- The Job requires overseeing distributor operations, handling a team of Salesman .Achieve monthly sales and productivity targets and help the company launch and establish their brand in the market.
- The candidate should have good communication and should be a team player. Good existing relationship with the trade will be an added advantage. The Candidate should be a go getter and should drive and motivate his team for high level of performance.
The Key accountabilities include :
1. Team handling and handling the infrastructure
2. Ensure smooth day to day operations and setting up of systems and processes to enable seamless sales and delivery
3. Setting up and execution launch plan and overseeing merchandising and trade marketing inputs to the trade.
4. Help the company in launching the product and guide to help in sell outs
5. The candidate must ensure adequate stocks are maintained at the distributor point and should set up proper systems to monitor stocks and prevent any stock shortages at the go down and the market.
6. The candidate will be responsible to monitoring the remittances from the distributor
7. The candidate should provide periodic reports in the form of market scenario in terms of Competition activity, Schemes operated and any other activities which may impact companies sales.
8 .The candidate should be able to increase the coverage both in terms of outlet and in terms of markets.
