Disprz - Marketing Automation/CRM Specialist (4-11 yrs)
Responsibilities (not exhaustive)
- Creation, maintenance, enrichment & segmentation of our leads/account databases
- Improve funnel conversion by Implementing lead scoring practices
- Study the conversion funnel, analyse drop at each stage and implement strategies to increase conversions across the funnel stages
- Designing and implementing the CRM, email outbound, and marketing automation strategies
- Design campaigns & implement automation workflows personalized to customer segment
- Cross-functional working and collaboration with team across geographies (India, ME, SEA) to ensure the effectiveness of the campaigns
- Leverage data to understand patterns for more targeted campaigns/workflows
- Track effectiveness of campaigns & publish appropriate performance dashboards for ROI
Education
- MBA from tier 1/2 business school
Experience :
- Preferred 5+ years of experience in a similar role preferably working in the B2B SaaS / Product company
- Prior database management experience, preferably in a similar role.
- Expertise with marketing automation tools and CRM, eg: Hubspot, Marketo, Zoho, etc

- Excellent communication skills (oral & written)
