Disprz - Inside Sales Specialist (3-7 yrs)
Responsibilities (not exhaustive) Some key responsibilities include :
- Qualification of the prospective leads- Through understanding of client requirements and articulating the solution by taking them through brief product demo tailored around their pain points and requirements
- Record responses and schedule qualified meetings for Sales Team
- Manage some client engagement from pitch to closure (from product demo to pricing to closing the deal)
- Keep sharing insights and feedback with the product team to help in continuously improve the product so that it becomes easier and easier for you to sell more
Education / skillset :
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience ( MBA preferred)
Experience :
- 2+ years' work experience
- Experience working with some Saas product company in the past will be preferred
Abilities and traits :
- Strong business communication skills
- Ability to think creatively and innovatively
- Ability to identify and prospect key decision-makers in target companies
- Ability to make cold calls (India and to Global Audience)
- Familiarity with the latest social networking tools, databases and softwares (LinkedIn Sales Navigator,CRM,etc.)
- Ability to do regular and periodic follow-ups with prospects
- Intelligent, Self Driven & Target Oriented
- Above average proficiency in Excel (using macros, pivot tables, lookups, etc.)
