Disprz - Executive - Demand Generation (2-7 yrs)
Responsibilities (not exhaustive)
Some key responsibilities include :
- Design and execute marketing programs to engage and influence client's target markets.
- Use marketing automation platforms (HubSpot/Pardot/etc.) to optimize our client's lead generation & lead nurturing processes through email campaigns, content marketing, paid media and social media channels.
- Strong reporting capabilities with the ability to track campaign performance and associated spend down to the most granular details while providing roll-up reporting to senior management.
- Designing, planning, managing, and optimizing integrated digital campaigns across multiple channels to generate pipeline.
- Monitoring and reporting campaign performance with granular tracking across relevant KPIs, including but not limited to impressions, clicks, web visitors, video views, collateral downloads, leads, initial sales conversations, and revenue.
- Creating impactful nurture programs to improve conversion rates from leads to opportunities.
Education / skillset :
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications or another similar field
Experience :
- 2+ years of working experience.
- HubSpot and/or Pardot Certification(Not Compulsory)
Abilities and traits :
- Analytical thinking skills - uses data to drive strategy and to focus activities.
- Good communication skills (verbal and written)
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Tech-savvy.
- Goal-oriented and independent learner.
- Excellent Leadership skills
