Disprz - Associate - Customer Success (4-9 yrs)
Responsibilities (not exhaustive):
- Provide initial, ongoing and refresher training (face-to-face) to customer stakeholders
- Handhold the users (particularly the administrator) and assist them in effective usage of the platform and act as their go-to-person for doubts on the product
- Gathering customer data where required to support implementations
- Acting as the bridge between the Disprz Product / Engineering team and the customer or channel partner
- Manage customer expectations around delivery times for product fixes and enhancements
- Monitor our product usage on a periodic basis and report usage patterns to the management
- Report issues faced by the users to the engineering team
- Take support calls from customers on our Help Desk line
- Assist Customer Success Managers and Product Managers in charge of specific corporate clients for data entry, content preparation, reporting or other activities
- Provide chat-based technical support during live sessions
- Monitor live sessions for any technical / functional issues
- Provide support to our QA team for product testing purposes during each product release
- Respond to customer support tickets
