Disprz - Account Based Marketing Manager (4-10 yrs)
Responsibilities (not exhaustive) :
- Manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term business growth
- Research & prioritize accounts based on targeted persona (industry, function), need - pain point, Disprz solution offering, opportunity size and buying cycle
- Working closely with other teams: field sales & marketing to define & execute campaign workflows
- Collaborate with content team to personalize communication based on the client's pain points
- Conduct A/B testing of messaging to improve response and conversion rates
- Regular tracking of campaign performance and provide recommendations for optimization.
- Remain highly informed about industry trends, market activities, and competitors
Education :
- A Master's degree from Tier-II / Tier-III B Schools
- Any formal certification in demand management would be an advantage
Experience :
- Minimum 5 years of experience in demand generation for a B2B SaaS / Product company or in ABM role
- Prior experience in designing and executing account-based marketing programs.
- Proven exposure with Marketing Automation Software (eg: Hubspot) a plus
